At Tabacalera la Palma, where Aging Room cigars are rolled, there are areas that contain the aging tobacco from previous harvests. These leaves patiently mature and develop over the years, turning into some of the finest smokables on Earth. The tobacco from Bin No. 1 was used to make a blend to follow up Aging Room’s spectacular Quattro F55, which was 2013’s #2 Cigar of the Year.

Bin No. 2 is the follow up to the follow up.

Aging Room Bin No. 2 cigars are Nicaraguan puros. That is, they’re made with only Nicaraguan tobacco, for an outstandingly focused blend. In this case, the core leaf is grown on the volcanic island of Ometepe, where the Plasencia family laid down stakes and cultivates tobacco with exciting flavors born of rich soil. Master blender Rafael Nodal also selected tobaccos from Estelí and Condega for this blend. The result is an elegant earthy and sweet smoke that packs a ton of strength and body into a tight package.
