Marathon Smoke
I just tried one of these cigars at my local cigar store and I definately did not know what I was getting myself into. A fantastic smoke, like all of the Rocky Patel Vintage line. Be prepared to sit down for a while and enjoy every bit of this puppy, because you will be puffing on this guy for a while.
Mucho Gigante!
This is a long-lasting monster of a cigar. The Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Sixty was the first of the Vintage line I tried, summer of 2006. I bought one from my local cigar lounge to take home. The following weekend I took it with me into the back yard. I sat down, got out my cutter, and of course you can barely get enough of this fatty into the hole to cut. From the start it was a pleasurable smoke, but a stick of this size is more enjoyable when you have company to talk with. This cigar seemed to last forever. I call cigars like this and the Fuente Royal Salute an all day sucker; usually best enjoyed with good company and a good wine or spirit. Ya gotta hand it to RP, he sure knows how to make a good blend!
