This Rocky Patel Java Latte Robusto cigar is made in Nicaragua. Outside, you'll find a Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper. Inside, the binder is Nicaraguan, and the filler is Nicaraguan. This is a Robusto cigar with a length of 5.50 and a ring gauge of 50.

The cigar was of decent construction, yet tends to burn on one side more, if you puff a little too frequently. The coffee flavor is actually a nice semi-sweet earthy/mild-chemical taste. My only qualm is that it produces quite a bit of ash and that alters the flavor after the first couple inches of the cigar into a slightly bitter tang(I use a punch cut, due to the cigar’s rectangular block shape, that could be the reason). However the best quality of this cigar is, without a doubt, the room note it creates. Gives off an aroma of coffee with a hint of tobacco. Very enjoyable!
Overall, was definitely worth it while on sale. In the future, I’ll probably get the smaller version. Definitely something to smoke after having a nice ice cream or gelato.
Wow. I stumbled on Cigars Direct while web searching and have not been disappointed. They always arrive sooner than I expect them and are packaged amazing. I highly recommend this cigar for a nice smoke that is smooth with just the right amount of sweet. And I can’t say enough about ordering from Cigars Direct. Consistent burn, good draw, and medium coffee and cocoa flavors. These are a great breakfast or dessert smoke. Newbies also like them very much as do the infrequent or social smokers.
