Connecticut Broadleaf has a way of bringing out the best in a traditional cigar, and the Montesino Gran Corona Maduro makes a convincing case for keeping things classic. From the legendary Arturo Fuente family, this generously sized Maduro combines rich tobacco character with the dependable construction and approachable personality that have kept Montesino in humidors for generations.

Made in the Dominican Republic, the Montesino Gran Corona Maduro wears a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Dominican binder and Nicaraguan filler tobacco. Its substantial 6.75-inch length, 48-ring gauge, and elegant Churchill shape create a satisfying, unhurried smoke. Offering medium strength, the blend develops a rich character of roasted coffee, earthy tobacco, cocoa, toasted wood, and subtle natural sweetness.

The Montesino name predates the Fuente family's move to the Dominican Republic, tracing its roots to Tampa's historic cigar industry. Under Carlos Fuente Sr. and Carlito Fuente, the brand became an important part of the family's Dominican expansion. Today, the Gran Corona Maduro continues that tradition, offering cigar enthusiasts the familiar richness of Connecticut Broadleaf with the unmistakable heritage of Arturo Fuente.
