This Ashton Classic Sovereign cigar is made in Dominican Republic. Outside, you'll find a Connecticut Shade wrapper. Inside, the binder is Dominican, and the filler is Dominican. This is a Torpedo cigar with a length of 6.70 and a ring gauge of 55.

Yes. I am a cigar smoking woman. A few years ago, my husband and his friends dared me to smoke one. They handed me an Ashton after dinner and my husband was cleaning up. I fell in love with it immediately..well, almost immediately...I inhaled. No one instructed me what to do. After gulping some water, I was ready again.I love the Ashton. Ive tried other cigars but I like this one the best. Its mild but really full of flavors. I like the sweetness. And I learned to love the mild spiciness. I can even taste gingerbread in the cigar. Crazy, huh? After trying all the sizes, I settled on the Sovereign. I like thats its a pyramid. Its such a beautiful looking cigar. Almost like art. So now, when my husband plays poker with his friends, he takes me along..or when its at our house. All of his friends really like that I like cigars. It gives them a real kick. And I enjoy being one of the boys. Ashton is my only brand. My husband bought me my very own 100 count humidor from cigars direct and set it up for me. I keep an eye on it and have learned how to keep it properly humidified. In fact, my husband has several humidors and I maintain those for him as well. He says its a big relief that I do that for him. He gets forgetful but now he doesnt have to worry about that anymore. He set up my own account at cigars direct so when my count gets low, I buy more. Plus, I read a lot on the computer about other cigars and surprise him with different cigars he hasnt tried. I buy all of our cigars from cigars direct for two reasons: the prices are great and the customer service is superb. From the beginning, they have been more than helpful and taken as much time as necessary to help me with my purchase. I wouldnt consider buying my Ashtons from anywhere else.
