I have ordered several times from Cigars Direct. Every time, the shipping is very fast even though I’m opting for normal shipping. The cigars are fresh, packaged well and have been exactly as described in both the descriptions and product reviews. I’m still new to cigars but jumped to some of the best in Opus X. A little pricey but Cigars Direct pricing is fair. Very good cigar. Is it worth the price. That’s up to you. I purchased a box from Cigars Direct. I’m looking forward to buying more Opus X and trying some of the other great selections.

The Opus X was shipped quickly and arrived in pristine condition. This is over priced by about double (thus 4 stars) but I have been waiting for quite some time so I splurged and spent the inflated price to acquire them. I likely wont do that again as I will be patient and wait for the regular list price to come available elsewhere. Cigars direct, aside from the price on this particular cigar, has always been a great vender and I will continue to use them for other varieties. The cigar itself is very well constructed and feels, looks and smells excellent. However, Opus X cigars should be aged for at least a year and I plan to do so before smoking. There certainly are ways to speed up the aging process but I wont be doing any of that for this particular cigar. I'll write a smoking review around Christmas next year :)
