Alec Bradley 5 Cigar Sampler

The first star I gave for the construction of this cigar. It has a nice medium brown wrapper with light veinyness, it has a nice double cap, and it cut with ease. I used a guillotine cutter and the draw was slightly tight, but even all the way through. Star 2 comes from the flavor profile. I was tasting hints of cedar, woodiness, medium to rich tobacco, and milk chocolate on the back palate. Silky smooth retrohale, smoke is sweet and a bit perfumy. Star 3 comes from the 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, and 3/4 marks of the stick were all consistent in flavor. Some like flavor transitions but consistent flavor all the way gives the benefit of “you know what you’re getting the whole way” Star 4 comes from the burn performance, this cigar needed zero burn corrections! It’s smoker friendly, the concept of light and enjoy with no maintenance is always a plus. Star 5 comes from my overall experience, good construction, consistent flavors, the flavors being pleasant, and the burn performance. I would say this cigar is mild to medium bodied. I would smoke this cigar during any time of the day.
