Rocky Patel DBS
The only thing to do is double down, and that’s what the Rocky Patel DBS cigar is built to do.
DBS = Double Broadleaf Selection.
Not one, but two tasty broadleaf varietals were chosen to turn the DBS into a powerhouse smoke. It isn’t all about strength, which seems to land somewhere in the medium zone, but flavor. This thing brings it, big time, doing all the things we’ve come to expect from broadleaf. It’s like sinking your teeth into a grilled burger treated by some kitchen madman with an espresso spice rub. Earthy, sumptuous, and more like a meal than a cigar, Rocky Patel DBS stogies deliver x 2.
The mix is crafted with one complex, tongue-grabbing leaf after another. There’s a filler blend of Honduran tobacco that also includes Nicaraguan broadleaf. Then, there’s a dual binder featuring more Nica leaf and high-quality homegrown Pennsylvania broadleaf. The wrapper is a spicy little number: Mexican San Andrés. Altogether, this is a marinated carne asada platter that we can’t wait to enjoy.
He’s not the first to do it, but we're getting tickets for the ride when Rocky Patel boards the hardcore broadleaf train.

Grilled burger, espresso.
What’s the strength level?
Who is this cigar for?
Rocky Patel DBS cigars are for big time lovers of broadleaf.
Will I want to smoke it to the nub?
Yes, but you’ll be salivating.
What’s a good pairing with it?
Call us crazy, but something fruity to go with the cherry-type notes in the smoke would be good. Try a grown up fruit beer like Ommegang’s Rosetta and tell us it’s not a nice combo.

When you’re one with the Earth from all day yardwork.
So. Much. Broadleaf.
