My very first Padron in 1994 was Diplomatico natural. It was remarkable then and they are just as remarkable now. The blend has remained quite consistent. A spicy start gives way to a mild earthy first third. The second two thirds come in with nuts, espresso, hints of brown sugar and dried cherries. Smoke them to the nub. This is an 1.75 hour smoke so plan accordingly. Medium bodied. Enjoy!
