This is an odd size. Its not quite a Churchill and not quite a Toro...right in between. I only get the chance to smoke one cigar at night after work and this size is perfect. I like the consistency of the Ashton. Thats a big selling point. I like the big splash of spice which is unusual for a Connecticut wrapper. The flavor evolves into a nutmeg and buttery creaminess. I can also taste a woodiness and some cashews. The burn on the stick was superb. Never once does this cigar need a fix in its burn. When the weather is right, I enjoy this cigar on the back patio with some fine Scotch on the rocks. The nuttiness compliments the libation perfectly. If I have time in the morning or on my days off, I drink my coffee and get a touch of vanilla thats very complimentary. Overall, Id say this is one of the best Connecticuts out there.
