To break it down, the head looks like a normal Belicoso. It’s tapered but doesn’t narrow to a fine point like a torpedo might. Instead, there’s a touch of roundness on the end. That’s the shark’s head. The foot takes things in a different direction, as this is a demi-pressed cigar. That is, only the bottom half or so was box-pressed, creating the effect of having two smokes in one. The beginning of an Arturo Fuente Sharks cigar offers concentrated flavors. But once you pass the halfway mark, it develops into a more open, rounded shape. It’s unique and yet another thing that makes the Fuente experience different from so many other companies in a very crowded industry.
