These Pyramid ESGs are a favorite of mine. They arrived from Cigars Direct on time and properly humidified. They are smoking as they were reviewed/advertised, so no bad surprises, and they live up to their rating. They are a little pricy and hard to find at times. I guess that is capitalism at work, they're bought up quickly and that drives the price. I prefer them over the Ashton VSGs, which are not bad, but definitely not as good as the Estate Grown, IMHO.
I pair most all my cigars with good bourbon and a book. The ESGs are a great smoke, burns even, and, unless I am in a hurry, they burn well down to the nub. Enjoy.
Smoked for the first time. I very nice cigar but not an everyday smoke due to the price point. Will be again soon to have a couple saved for a special event.
