Drew Estate Tabak Especial Negra Toro Exclusive Description

If you want the special cigars, you have to have a special relationship. Fortunately, we're in good with the Drew Estate team, which allows us to offer limited edition Drew Estate Lounge cigars like the Tabak Especial Negra Soft Pressed Toro.

Let's get into the flavors, first of all. This is a coffee-infused smoke, so we need to be perfectly clear about that. If you're not a fan of infusions or coffee, we've got a wealth of other smokes that will suit you just fine. But if you're into Nicaraguan coffee and Nicaraguan tobacco, this cigar will deliver a double shot of rich earthy flavor. Drew Estate doesn't share the secrets of their infusion process, but we've been assured that somewhere along the line, pure Nicaraguan estate-grown coffee beans were definitely used.

This is a soft pressed cigar, which is somewhere between a standard round shape and a firm traditional Cuban box press. The result doesn't have the hard right angles of a box press, but instead leaves things a little bit rounded, for an easier draw and perhaps a more comfortable mouth shape, for some smokers.

The wrapper on the Tabak Especial Negra is a dark Connecticut Broadleaf, which brings a bit more boldness and spice into the blend. That doesn't detract from the overall profile of the smoke, however, which is super smooth and chocolatey. Tobacco is fantastic, but the combination with coffee is a time-tested classic pairing that's so good, they had to go ahead and simply put it all together in the cigar itself.
