We have a “no questions asked” policy in the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of our products simply send an email to sales@cigarsdirect.com and request a Return Shipping Label from our customer service department.

Note: You must contact us within 10 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time.  

Upon receiving your package we will credit you back (less shipping) and/or replace the item you purchased. We must receive the returned cigars in similar quality packaging.
