Ashton CLASSIC Double Magnum

Im not sure why they call it the double magnum. It has the specs of a toro. Toros are my favorite size....for the most part. If I want to smoke 2-3 cigars at night, the toro allows me that. Any bigger and we are talking 90 minutes to 2 hours. The flavor is mild to medium-bodied with notes of oak and espresso beans. These cigars enjoy superb construction. they are solid without soft spots. Hardly any veins. The flavors blend nicely, touching the tongue with a citrus, while others would hang on a bit with some nuttiness. It has a nice slow burn and the tight packing allows a flawless ash. The burn is dead even. The final third brings a touch of strength along with a nice spiciness. This is an extraordinary cigar for a medium bodied Connecticut. Its a real consistent cigar and thats why I keep coming back for more.
