ABOUT5 Vegas Series A
Made in Honduras, the 5 Vegas Series A uses a Costa Rican Maduro wrapper. This line could stand on its own for that fact alone. However, 5 Vegas cigars use a blend of three tobaccos of Central American origin that have been aged for four years. This additional ageing is what gives the Series A cigars their mellow but interesting flavor.
The 5 Vegas Series A offers something to enjoy to all cigar smokers. From the decades-long enthusiast to the absolutely uninitiated, everyone raves about these cigars. 5 Vegas’ reputation for quality shines through every cigar in this line. All are well-constructed, solid, and without soft spots.
The Series A cigars are very good for educating the neophyte because of its mildness and complexity. Encourage the novice to sit back and experience all the different flavors that develop over time. The first to develop is likely to be cocoa, followed by earth and wood. One may predominate for a time, then another, then the two combine into something more complex until the next subtle shift in flavor asserts itself. Happy is the novice cigar smoker who falls into the company of a veteran brandishing a couple 5 Vegas Series A.
Ring sizes range from a modest 44 all the way up to an impressive 52. The Series A members do not bear traditional appellations like Torpedo, Churchill, or Corona. For a family of cigars this unique, only names like the Series A Archetype and Series A Artisan will do. No matter what you call them, be sure you smoke them often.
